How Well Do You Know Your PNW Trails - March 7th

Postby Erik A » Sun Mar 07, 2010 8:41 pm

Each week or maybe more often on Got Singletrack! we will post a photo from a Trail located in the Pacific NorthWest. Leave a Comment with the name of the Trail along with the state it is located in. After the correct answer is posted we will post a new photo. There are no prizes just bragging Rights that you know your Pacific Northwest Trails.

Now for the fine print if you were on the actual ride when the photo was taken or even better you are in the photo. Please hold off for a couple days before leaving a comment on the Trail name and State. Thanks

For this Series to continue we need each of you to submit a photo(s) to community@gotsingletrack.com or send a PM with a link to the photo along with the name of the trail and state, perhaps the nearest city\town for bonus points. We will then add it to the Queue to be included in the future. Now don't make them easy photos to figure out like St Helens towering over Plains of Abraham that would be too easy. They also need to be located in either Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Canada and sure lets throw in Montana too.

If you submitted the photo feel free to drop hints to keep the fun moving along. If you feel that the hint coming from you would give it away, then send the hint to me and I will post it.

Now for the 40th Photo of the Series.

Victoria Tract? Or maybe Armstrong or Pilchuck? I've only ridden Victoria Tract but those other ones I think are close by and probably look the same.

Nah, I take those back. It looks to me like Lake Sawyer.

Heck I haven't ridden at any of these places for such a long time, but they look like what I remember.

I believe that would be just entering Deer with Spooky Hollow woods in the background?
