From a bike build kit that I'm not using:
Avid Elixir CR set with 185mm front rotor, 160mm rear. I haven't measured the hoses, but I think they are probably standard (850mm front, 1400mm rear). I can measure if there is concern.
These are in OEM packaging (bubblewrap) and have never been installed.
