Annual Sage Hills Ride aka Birthday Ride

In Ride Report by Hawkens

As we’ve done for several years now at the end of April we make the drive out to Wenatchee to enjoy sun and fun dry trails. This year we would be joined by a few new faces and would be celebrating Kristen’s Birthday.

The temps and trail conditions as always were perfect, the high winds with gusts that nearly pushed me off the trail at one point I could have done without.

I like to stop take photos of the area and of those I am riding with. This was a fun group to ride with, very patient as Kristen and I leap frogged along the way.

Fun group and as always a great ride at Sage Hills. Looking forward to a return in the fall.

After the ride we refueled with beer, food and great conversation at McGlinn’s.
